“Straight from the start, it was very straightforward process from help with deciding which boiler i needed to installation dates etc. Our installer Robert, got in touch the night before by text with regards timings etc. On the day of the installation, Robert talked us through the plan for the day. He was very respectful to our property and put down plenty of mats and took great care throughout the day. He also worked like a trooper and i didnt even see him take a break.
