“Had a visit today from the gas tech engineer after my vailliant boiler had been playing up for a couple of months he diagnosed the pump had a fault after about ten seconds! replaced the pump which he had on his van then did a full service it took about 45mins and the charge was very reasonable.I am more that happy and will have them back next year to do its yearly service.”

“After our previous boiler took a one way ticket to the vallant graveyard I thought the installation of the new one would be a nightmare. I came home from work halfway through the day to find the carpet pulled back and more than one floorboard taken up.
